Hana Krskova

Since moving to Australia in late 1999, Hana has worked in senior finance, company secretary and business administration roles in complex environments across manufacturing & engineering, media, higher education, ICT, tourism, airline and airline industries. Most recently assisting a truly motivational and incredibly passionate team at a national charity in the Not-For-Profit sector. 

Far cry from growing up in a small town in the south of Czech Republic and only passing her HSC exams at the age of 21, after repeating a grade in High School twice, Hana has long learnt that a lot can be achieved by simply "focusing" at one task at a time, be it during a difficult business project, demanding study period or while achieving a personal goal. 

Hana is passionate about lifelong learning, continuous improvement, staff development and bringing out the best in all employees. She teaches teams, small or big, to complete multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines under pressure and delivering high customer service. Through working with people as well as through functional and technical analysis, she has been able to both increase work process efficiency and profitability and break down cross-departmental silos.  

With experience ranging from end-to-end financial processes including capital and operating project business case preparation, project costing and performance management, commercial contract negotiation and contract life cycle management, detailed budgeting and forecasting, management of audits and internal controls as well as managing large scale events and customer service delivery teams or running a seven story office building in Sydney CBD, Hana advocates that businesses achieve through their people and through employees' passion and her speciality is bringing out the best in team members by energising them and enabling teams to collaborate while breaking down silos. She brings an exceptional level of enthusiasm, dedication, and focused solution to her clients.
